Wellbelling Team

The Wellbeing Team at Stawell West Primary School makes a significant contribution toward supporting students, staff, families, and the wider school community. Our team provides ongoing, child-centred wellbeing support through a range of approaches that promote positive social and emotional outcomes for all students.

The Wellbeing Team supports students through:

  • Social and emotional support

  • Role modelling and mentoring

  • Support in classrooms and learning spaces

  • Working collaboratively with teachers and school leadership

  • Extra-curricular and wellbeing-focused activities

  • Connecting families with community services

  • Building student resilience, confidence, and wellbeing

Paigen is our dedicated Wellbeing and Disability Inclusion Officer. She is onsite daily to provide support to children, work closely with external services when needed, and are active members of our DI team, helping to ensure students receive the right support at the right time.
